Terms for using the service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the basic conditions for using ZIPN (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Service)

The Service converts long URLs into short addresses.

• Guests: create short URLs lasting up to one month
• Members: create and manage permanent personal short URLs
• Members can change their personal code (username) once every 30 days from the dashboard. Existing addresses stop working immediately after a change, and the previous code is released.

Article 3 (User obligations)

• Shortening URLs for illegal content is prohibited.
• The Service must not be used for malware, phishing, spam, or similar purposes.
• Actions that disrupt normal service operation are prohibited.

Article 4 (Changes and suspension)

The Service may change or suspend its features when operationally necessary, with advance notice.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not responsible for content on external sites linked by short URLs. We work to maintain availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Article 6 (Privacy)

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy policy.
